As we’re nearly at the end of another year (how did that happen?!), we thought we’d give you an update on what Premier Drainage services have been up to in 2022. If you already know us, you’ll be pleased to know our excellent team remains the same, and if you are new to the family scroll down to meet us. Other than that, for those who haven’t heard already, we’ve got one big piece of news:
Premier Drainage has moved!
The big news first! Yes, we’ve moved over to Clacton-on-Sea. No, we can’t see the sea from the office, but yes, we can get a nice fish and chips on the way home! The PDS office can now be found in Unit 806, Fowler Road, Oakwood Business Park North, Clacton-on-Sea, CO15 4AA.
Even though we’ve moved, our service area remains the same. We still cover the whole of Essex, Hertfordshire, Suffolk, Kent and surrounding areas. If you’re not sure if you’re in our area, give us a call and we’ll be happy to advise you.

A busy year!
Our services have been in demand this year, we’ve been busy out and about helping companies with their sewer connections and diversions. One thing we are always known for is our talent for getting the paperwork done and dusted in good time and advising project managers on exactly how long permissions and licences will actually take. It means we’ve saved our clients hours, days even, of stand downs whilst waiting for the right piece of paper to come through.

A Haringey highlight
A high point this year was our work in Haringey, London, on the Wood Green café project. The client engaged us early which meant we could advise them during the pre-construction period on the most cost-effective and efficient method of construction. The result? All Thames Water paperwork and logistics handled by us, and the project delivered on time according to timescale, budget and QHSE standards. Giving back to our community
We’re proud to be supporting the MSA Trust as our chosen charity. The Multiple System Atrophy Trust is the UKs leading charity supporting people affected by multiple system atrophy (MSA) – a rare neurological disease with no known cause or cure. They fund research into MSA and support those affected by the condition. The MSA Trust receives no government support and relies entirely on charitable donations to fund their support services as well as research into finding the cause and cure for MSA. At PDS we’re proud to support a charity that makes such an important difference to people’s lives.
