The team at PDS were great from start to finish of our project to connect to the main sewer line from our existing system. The Premier Drainage team connected my property to the mains sewage and filled in an old Victorian Cesspit. The job was done efficiently even though the site and ground work was very challenging. They did everything asked and some extra ditches were put in for another drainage pipe and the mains water pipe which was subsequently replaced. The team on site did a particularly great job and worked with our builder to get the work done. I would recommend this company.

Great communication and service from Premier Drainage. One of the reasons I selected them was because of their good google reviews, so wanted to add another one. They fitted a Biorock Monoblock sewage treatment solution for our self build project. The team were really great and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final implementation. I would definitely recommend them.

The Premier Drainage team, and Paul Smith in particular, have helped me through a long and difficult battle with the EA, offering support and going far above and beyond to fight my case through a lot of red tape. The subsequent work that they completed for me to connect my property to the mains via a private road was done efficiently and at a reasonable price, with the minor issues caused by third parties dealt with in a very professional manner. Hayden and the team on site did a particularly great job and the end result has left my property looking better than it did before! Janet in the office was also very helpful in managing all my calls and queries. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone needing a mains connection!

Last week Premier Drainage Solutions came and did our sewage connection on our new property. From the first visit when Hayden came out to look at the site to give us a quote we knew this was a great company. Hayden was so polite and professional, he explained everything to us in detail and got our quotation over to us ASAP with a breakdown of costs which was really helpful.
When we said yes to the quote, up until the completion of the job, we had many email & phone call conversations with Hayden, Paul & Janet who were all so helpful, polite and constantly keeping us in the loop of what was going on and the next stages.
The workman who carried out the work were also very friendly, tidy and did a fantastic job.
We are so happy with the end result and can’t thank Hayden, Paul, Janet & the team enough.
